5:30 AM — Wake Up & Fresh Air Walk
The day starts early with a gentle walk in the fresh morning air — by the lake in Pushkar, along the Ganga in Rishikesh, or through the forest in Dharamshala. This wakes up the body gently and fills the lungs with clean morning air.
6:00 AM — Morning Yoga & Pranayama
A one-hour yoga and breathing session in an open, peaceful outdoor setting. Specific yoga poses for your health condition are included. The fresh air and natural surroundings make this session 10 times more powerful than yoga done indoors.
7:30 AM — Herbal Detox Drink
A warm herbal drink designed by our doctor for your specific health condition — to start your detox process, improve digestion, and prepare the body for the therapy sessions that follow in the morning.
8:00 AM — Doctor Consultation & Morning Health Check
Our doctor checks how your body is responding every morning — adjusting your therapies if needed and making sure your personal plan stays right on track every single day of the retreat.
8:30 AM — Naturopathy or Ayurvedic Therapy Session
Your main morning therapy — mud therapy, steam, oil massage, acupressure, hydrotherapy, Marma therapy, or any other treatment chosen by your doctor — done in a calm and peaceful setting.
