Healing without medicines

Manorath Wellness is a naturopathy and wellness centre in Jaipur. We work on the mind and the body as one problem, using food, movement, breath, sleep and counselling. We give no medicines of any kind. We sell no products. We are not doctors, and we do not call ourselves doctors.

That is the whole of it. Below are the actual qualifications, the actual fees, and the actual limits.

Who runs Manorath Wellness in Jaipur?

Manorath Wellness was founded by Priyank Dadhich, who holds a PGDYT (Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy), is trained in naturopathy, and is a clinical nutritionist with certification in both modern clinical nutrition and Ayurvedic nutrition.

He leads the nutrition and lifestyle consultations and the yoga therapy programmes. The centre also works with a separate team of practitioners: a psychologist and counsellor — a female professional is available — yoga teachers including prenatal and senior-specialist teaching, and meditation and breathwork practitioners. Nobody at Manorath Wellness is a medical doctor, and we do not prescribe medicine. For privacy and security reasons not every team member's name is displayed publicly; you will know exactly who you are seeing before your consultation.

What Manorath Wellness is

A naturopathy and wellness centre. Jaipur-based, operating as Manorath Wellness — Yoga, Dhyan & Consultation. Operating since 2022.

Practitioners of yoga, dhyan, naturopathy, clinical nutrition and counselling. Those are the five things we do, and we do not claim a sixth.

A place that works on the mind and the body together. This is the actual reason the centre exists. Most people arrive having had the thyroid looked at by one person, the stomach by another and the neck by a third, with nobody asking why all three began in the same year.

A referral point. A meaningful part of our job is recognising what we should not treat and sending you to the right person for it. We do this early and without charging you for sessions first.

What we are not

We are not doctors. No BAMS, no MBBS, no BNYS. We do not use the title, we do not imply it, and if anybody on this site ever sounds like a doctor, that is a writing failure and not a claim.

We are not a hospital or clinic. No admission, no procedures, no investigations, no prescriptions.

We do not give medicine — of any system. Not allopathic, not Ayurvedic, not homeopathic, not herbal. No churna, no kadha, no tablets. This is deliberate: it defines what we do and it removes an entire category of conflicted incentive.

We do not sell products. No supplements, no protein powders, no detox kits, no oils, no crystals. Nothing. If a report shows a real deficiency, we tell you to get a prescription from a doctor and we earn nothing from it.

We are not a de-addiction facility. We offer counselling. We do not admit, detain or detoxify anyone. See addiction support in Jaipur.

We are not a crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, that needs a hospital. Tele-MANAS is free, 24×7, on 14416.

And we are not an NLP or life-coaching business. That work exists separately and is not part of what Manorath Wellness offers. Here, we talk about wellness, naturopathy, yoga, nutrition and counselling.

The Manorath Wellness team in Jaipur

Priyank Dadhich — Founder PGDYT (Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy). Trained in naturopathy. Clinical nutritionist — certified in modern clinical nutrition and in Ayurvedic nutrition. Leads nutrition and lifestyle consultations, yoga therapy, and the design of the centre's programmes.

Psychologist and counsellor Individual, couple and family counselling; CBT-based work. A female professional is available for online consultation.

Yoga teachers Group classes, one-to-one, yoga therapy for conditions, prenatal and postnatal, chair yoga and seniors, home visits and corporate sessions. A female teacher is available.

Meditation and breathwork practitioners Dhyan, pranayama, yoga nidra and guided sittings.

Nutrition and lifestyle support Food diary review, plan follow-ups and adjustment.

On names: for privacy and security reasons we do not publish every practitioner's name on the website. This is a deliberate choice, not an evasion — you are told who you will be seeing, with their qualification, before your consultation, and you can ask us at any point.

Why we work without medicine

This is a positioning choice with reasons behind it, and you are entitled to them.

Because what we are good at does not need medicine. Food, movement, breath, sleep and the nervous system are the levers we work. None of them come in a bottle.

Because we are not qualified to prescribe. We are not doctors. A wellness centre that hands out churna, kadha or supplements is operating outside its competence, and you would be right to be wary of one that does.

Because it removes the conflict. When a practitioner also sells the remedy, the diagnosis and the sale are entangled. We have removed the sale, so what remains is the assessment.

Because your doctor is doing the medicine part, properly. Hypothyroidism needs thyroxine. Type 1 diabetes needs insulin. Asthma needs the preventer inhaler. Severe depression often needs medication. We will not interfere with any of that, and the honest value we add is everything happening around it.

I had been struggling with sleep for quite some time. What I liked here was that they first tried to understand my daily routine instead of simply suggesting something. The changes were simple and practical, and my sleep routine has become much better.

Mujhe anxiety ke time par bahut restless feel hota tha, especially when I had too many things going on at once. Sessions mein breathing aur other practices ko daily routine ka part banana sikhaya. Ab stressful situations mein pehle se kaafi calmly respond karti hoon.

What we believe about the mind and the body

The centre exists because of one observation, repeated often enough to build a practice on: the mind-side problem and the body-side problem usually arrive together, and usually in that order.

The gut has its own nervous system and is wired to the brain by the vagus nerve — which is why a long stressful stretch produces acidity that antacids never permanently fix. Sustained cortisol raises blood sugar, drives abdominal fat storage, worsens insulin resistance, interferes with thyroid conversion, disrupts the menstrual cycle and thins sleep. Broken sleep then worsens all of it within days.

Those are not wellness metaphors. They are documented pathways, and they are why we ask about your marriage when you came about your stomach.

It is also why one consultation here covers what would otherwise be four appointments.

Our rules — the ones that constrain us

These are the standing rules of the centre, and they are the most useful thing on this page for deciding whether to trust us.

  1. We never ask anyone to stop or reduce prescribed medication. That is the prescriber's decision, with you.
  2. We refer when it is medical. Early, before taking money for sessions.
  3. We do not diagnose. We are not qualified to, and we will not tell you what disease you have.
  4. We claim no cures. For any condition, in any system.
  5. We promise no result in advance. We tell you what the method does, what it does not, and how long it usually takes.
  6. We sell nothing.
  7. Counselling for under-18s requires a parent's involvement and consent.
  8. Confidentiality holds. What is said in a session stays there, the exception being an immediate risk to life.
  9. Appointments only. No open waiting room — which matters a great deal to people coming about sexual health, addiction or mental health.

About Manorath Wellness Jaipur — your questions answered

Who is the founder of Manorath Wellness?

Priyank Dadhich. He holds a PGDYT (Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy), is trained in naturopathy, and is a clinical nutritionist certified in both modern clinical nutrition and Ayurvedic nutrition. He leads the nutrition, lifestyle and yoga therapy work and designs the centre's programmes.

Is Manorath Wellness a genuine centre?

It is a registered wellness centre operating in Jaipur as Manorath Wellness — Yoga, Dhyan & Consultation, with a claimed and verified Google Business Profile, a physical address and appointment-based consultations. The best test of any wellness centre, though, is what it refuses to claim — so read the "what we are not" and "our rules" sections on this page and compare them with anywhere else you are considering.

Are you doctors?

No. No MBBS, no BAMS, no BNYS. We are a wellness centre: naturopathy, yoga, dhyan, clinical nutrition and counselling. We do not use medical titles and we do not prescribe medicine. Where you need a doctor, we refer you to one.

What are your actual qualifications?

Founder: PGDYT, naturopathy training, clinical nutritionist (modern and Ayurvedic nutrition certification). Team: a psychologist and counsellor (female professional available), yoga teachers including prenatal and senior-specialist teaching, and meditation and breathwork practitioners. We state the qualification — and the centre has been running since 2022.

How long has Manorath Wellness been running?

Since 2022 — more than 4 years of solution-oriented work with people in Jaipur and, online, across India.

Why don't you show all your team members' names?

For privacy and security reasons, particularly for practitioners working on sexual health, addiction and mental health. You are told who you will be seeing and their qualification before your consultation, and you can ask us at any time.

Do you give Ayurvedic medicine or churna?

No. We give no medicine of any system — allopathic, Ayurvedic, homeopathic or herbal. We use Ayurvedic principles in food and routine; we do not dispense Ayurvedic medicine. See Ayurvedic treatment in Jaipur for how that distinction works in practice.

Will you ask me to stop my medicines?

Never. It is the first of our standing rules. If your reports improve enough that a dose should change, that conversation belongs to your doctor.

Do you sell supplements or products?

No. Nothing at all. A practitioner who earns from supplements has a reason to find you deficient, and we have removed that incentive by selling nothing.

How much does a consultation at Manorath Wellness Jaipur cost?

₹500 registration, then ₹1,000 deposit at the centre or ₹500 online. Sessions after that around ₹2,000 each. Sessions are 45 minutes; a first consultation may run up to an hour. The first consultation is not free, and there is no refund policy.

Is a female practitioner available?

Yes — a female psychologist and counsellor for online consultation, and a female yoga teacher at the centre, online and for home visits. Please ask when you register.

Can I consult Manorath Wellness online from outside Jaipur?

Yes, in Hindi or English. Our primary focus is Jaipur and nearby cities, but online consultation works anywhere.

Do you treat children?

Counselling for under-18s requires a parent's involvement and consent. Yoga and nutrition for children are available with a parent present.

Is what I tell you confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private and nothing is shared with family, employers or anyone else — the single exception being an immediate risk to someone's life. Consultations are by appointment, so there is no open waiting room either.

What if I need a doctor?

We will tell you, in the first consultation, and refer you. This happens regularly and it is part of the job rather than a failure of it.

What people tell us they want

“Knowing exactly who I'd be sitting across from and what they're actually qualified in.”

— said at the first consultation, more often than anything else

How it starts

Three simple steps

  1. 1 Tell us what is going onA short form, a WhatsApp or a call — in Hindi or English.
  2. 2 A 45-minute consultationMind and body looked at together, at the centre or online.
  3. 3 A plan around your real dayFood, movement, sleep, breath and stress — and follow-ups that adjust.
