PCOS & PCOD Natural Treatment in Jaipur — Getting Your Cycle Back
You have read a great deal about this and most of it was frightening. Fertility, diabetes risk, weight that will not move, hair where you do not want it and thinning where you do.
Here is the part that usually gets lost: PCOS responds to lifestyle change more than almost any other hormonal condition. Not completely, not quickly, and not without effort — but genuinely, and measurably.

Our PCOS and PCOD natural treatment in Jaipur works on the mechanism underneath it — insulin resistance and androgen levels — through nutrition, movement and stress correction. A female practitioner is available.
Can PCOS be managed naturally without tablets?
For many women, substantially. PCOS is driven largely by insulin resistance, and insulin resistance responds measurably to food choices, muscle mass, sleep and stress. Lowering it reduces androgen production, which is what restores ovulation, regularises cycles and improves acne and facial hair over time.
PCOS is not cured — it is managed, often well. Hormonal medication remains your gynaecologist's decision, and the two approaches work alongside each other.
Before the practicalities — is this you?
- Periods that arrive whenever they like — or not for months
- Very heavy bleeding when they do come
- Facial hair on the chin, upper lip or jawline
If any of that is yours, you are reading the right page. The fuller list is in Does this sound like you? below. What follows first is the plain practical answer: what we do about it, and what it costs.

Why people choose Manorath for PCOS and PCOD natural treatment in Jaipur
- A female practitioner is available — also a qualified psychologist, for online consultation. For a condition involving periods, facial hair, weight and fertility, this matters.
- No weight shaming, and weight is not the whole story. Lean PCOS exists and is frequently dismissed. If you are slim and have PCOS, you will not be told to lose weight you do not have.
- Nothing is sold to you. No inositol supplements, no PCOS "kits", no herbal products. Nutrients come through food, and genuine supplementation is a conversation for your doctor.
- We work alongside your gynaecologist. Hormonal tablets, metformin and fertility treatment are their decisions. We work on the insulin resistance underneath, which is what their prescription does not address.
- Honest about PCOD and PCOS — they are not two different diseases, and PCOS was not "renamed". We explain what the terms actually mean rather than repeating what circulates online.
- No fertility guarantees. We will not sell hope. What we can do is improve ovulation frequency, which is the mechanism that matters.
- Mind and body as one case — cortisol raises androgens, so your stress is part of your hormonal plan, not a separate service.
- Hindi or English, online or at the centre in Narayan Vihar, Mansarovar.

PCOD or PCOS — the honest answer
You will have seen it written that PCOD has been "renamed" PCOS. That is not accurate, and it is worth clearing up.
PCOS — polycystic ovary syndrome — is the correct medical term. It is a syndrome, meaning a collection of features: irregular ovulation, raised androgens, and ovarian appearance on ultrasound. Diagnosis requires a combination, not just one finding.
PCOD is informal usage, very common in India, often used loosely to mean any ovarian cysts on a scan. It was never an official diagnosis that was then updated.
Why this matters practically: cysts on an ultrasound alone do not equal PCOS. Many women have been told they have PCOD based on a scan without the hormonal picture being assessed at all — and some of them do not have PCOS. The reverse also happens: women with clear PCOS whose ovaries look normal on scan.
We keep both words on this page because that is how people search. Clinically we work with PCOS.

What people in Jaipur say
In their own words — hover or tap a review to pause it.
PCOD ke saath weight aur periods dono ko lekar kaafi frustration thi. Yahan mujhe diet, yoga aur daily routine ko ek saath manage karne ka practical approach mila. Sab kuch ekdum overnight change nahi hua, but I feel I am finally working on the right things.
Priyank Ji is my mental heath counsellor , he is very humble and listen you very gently. Lots of my emotional trauma and stress released by her with help of yoga and other therapies. I feel safe and non judgemental while talk to him.
I had been struggling with sleep for quite some time. What I liked here was that they first tried to understand my daily routine instead of simply suggesting something. The changes were simple and practical, and my sleep routine has become much better.
The whole team is really supportive, especially Priyank Sir. In the beginning, I was unsure whether these small steps would actually help me, but with time I started noticing a real difference. The overall environment feels very positive and peaceful. Their therapies and guidance have helped me a lot with my pain and well-being.
Mujhe anxiety ke time par bahut restless feel hota tha, especially when I had too many things going on at once. Sessions mein breathing aur other practices ko daily routine ka part banana sikhaya. Ab stressful situations mein pehle se kaafi calmly respond karti hoon.
Can’t explain in words how much selfless efforts they do for people with genuine care. Everyone should visit this place at least once to experience a deep connection with their inner self and the Divine, and to gain a new perspective on life.
I joined the yoga classes mainly because of back and joint stiffness, but I ended up enjoying the whole routine. The teacher was patient and explained which movements I should do comfortably. I don't feel like I am forcing my body anymore.
Manorath Wellness Center changed my life! I took online yoga classes from here. The trainer was very kind and helpful. They not only taught yoga but also helped me understand life better. Now I feel stress-free and happy. My mind is calm and clear. I feel more energy every day. If you want peace and clear thinking, this place is perfect.
Best place for peace! I was very stressed in life. Nothing made me happy. Then I came to Manorath Wellness Center. The team helped me so much. They talked to me nicely and gave me good support. Now I feel calm and happy from inside. This place is full of good people. 😊
I had never tried meditation properly before. Initially it was difficult to sit quietly even for a few minutes, but the guided sessions made it much easier. I now use some of the breathing and meditation techniques even on busy workdays.
They saved me! I was feeling very low. I had no energy to do anything. But after getting help …
Meri mother ko knee pain ki wajah se daily activities mein discomfort hota tha. Consultation ke baad unhe exercises aur routine ke baare mein properly guide kiya gaya. The best part was that nobody rushed her or made her feel uncomfortable during the sessions.
I got my 66-year-old father to join the online sessions. He started with simple chair-based practices. After two months, his morning stiffness has reduced and he has become more active at home.
I went mainly for diet and weight management advice. Instead of giving me a very strict diet chart, they asked about what I actually eat and what I can realistically follow. That made a big difference because I have been able to stay consistent.
I was really worried about my overthinking and stress, so I started classes with Manorath Wellness. There, I joined yoga classes along with wellness counseling. Honestly, it helped me a lot, and now I'm able to handle my stress better. ❤️
I was quite hesitant about counselling because I had never spoken openly about some personal issues. The sessions felt private and comfortable, and I never felt pushed to say something before I was ready. That made it much easier for me to continue.
I am feeling very good after joining yoga.
Ayurvedic treatment was a new experience for me, so I had quite a few questions in the beginning. The doctor explained everything patiently and also discussed my routine and food habits. I liked that the approach was personalised rather than just giving general advice.
The naturopathy sessions were quite different from what I expected. I was given guidance around food, daily habits and natural therapies, and the team kept checking how I was feeling. Overall, it was a very calm and positive experience.
Work stress had started affecting my mood, sleep and even my weekends. I joined the wellness program to bring some structure back into my routine. The combination of yoga, breathing and lifestyle guidance has helped me become more mindful about how I spend my day.
The part other centres leave out
What PCOS and PCOD natural treatment in Jaipur can and cannot do
Timelines differ by symptom, which nobody usually explains. Here they are honestly.
Weeks 2 to 6: energy, sugar cravings, bloating and mood often improve first. Encouraging, but not yet the hormonal change.
Two to three months: cycles begin responding. This is the realistic window — a hormonal cycle takes two to three months to re-regulate, so faster is not biologically available.
Three to six months: acne improves. Weight responds where it is part of the picture. Cycle regularity consolidates.
Six to twelve months: facial hair. This is the slowest symptom by a long way, because existing follicles have already been affected and hair cycles are slow. Reducing androgens slows new growth; it does not remove what is there. Anyone promising facial hair reduction in weeks is lying to you.
What it asks of you: consistency over months, not weeks. PCOS rewards sustained moderate change and punishes short intense efforts followed by regain.
What we will not claim:
- No cure. PCOS is managed, not cured.
- No fertility guarantee. We can work on ovulation frequency, which is the mechanism that matters — but we will not promise a pregnancy, and anyone who does should be avoided.
- No facial hair timeline promises.
- We will not tell you to stop hormonal medication or metformin. That is your gynaecologist's decision.
When we refer you out: if you are actively trying to conceive and have been for over a year, you need a gynaecologist or fertility specialist alongside us. Also for very heavy or prolonged bleeding, periods absent for more than three months, severe pelvic pain, or signs of significant insulin resistance needing medical management.
A note on long-term risk, because it is worth knowing rather than fearing: PCOS raises the risk of type 2 diabetes later. That is precisely why the insulin work matters now — you are not only treating symptoms, you are changing a trajectory. Diabetes prevention.
Why PCOS happens — the mechanism
Insulin resistance sits underneath most of it
In insulin resistance, cells respond poorly to insulin, so the pancreas produces more. High circulating insulin does something specific in the ovary: it stimulates the production of androgens — male-pattern hormones, principally testosterone.
High insulin also lowers SHBG, the protein that binds testosterone and keeps it inactive. So you get more testosterone produced and more of it circulating freely.
That combination explains most of your symptoms:
| Symptom | Mechanism |
|---|---|
| Facial and body hair | Raised free testosterone acting on hair follicles |
| Hair thinning at the crown | The same androgens, acting differently on scalp follicles |
| Acne, particularly jawline | Androgens increase sebum production |
| Irregular or absent periods | Androgens disrupt follicle maturation, so ovulation fails |
| Weight around the middle | High insulin promotes abdominal fat storage |
| Dark neck patches | Acanthosis nigricans — a visible marker of insulin resistance |
Why ovulation fails
In a normal cycle, one follicle matures and releases an egg. In PCOS, raised androgens and disrupted LH to FSH signalling mean follicles start developing and stall partway.
Those stalled follicles are what appear as the "string of pearls" on ultrasound. They are not cysts in the usual sense — they are arrested follicles, which is why the name is misleading and why "polycystic" frightens people unnecessarily.
No ovulation means no progesterone in the second half of the cycle, which is why periods become irregular, absent, or unpredictably heavy when the lining finally sheds.
The loop that keeps it running
Insulin resistance → high insulin → high androgens → disrupted ovulation. And separately: high insulin → abdominal fat → more inflammation → worse insulin resistance.
Which is why the entry point is insulin, not the ovary. You cannot treat the ovary directly through lifestyle. You can reduce the insulin signal driving it, and the ovary responds.
Lean PCOS — and why you are not imagining it
Roughly a fifth to a third of women with PCOS are not overweight. Many are told they cannot have PCOS, or are given advice built entirely around weight loss that does not apply to them.
Insulin resistance can exist at a normal weight. The nutrition and strength work still applies; the weight-loss component does not. If this is you, your plan will be built accordingly rather than handed to you from a template.
Cortisol belongs in this picture
Chronic stress raises cortisol, cortisol raises blood sugar, and higher blood sugar means more insulin — which means more androgens. Stress is not a soft add-on to PCOS management. It is upstream of the same pathway.
The changes that improve PCOS most
1. Lower the glycaemic load of your meals. The highest-impact change. Not no carbohydrate — better carbohydrate, in controlled portions, eaten after fibre and protein.
2. Eat protein at every meal. Supports muscle, improves satiety, and flattens the glucose response.
3. Walk ten minutes after each main meal. Direct glucose uptake by muscle without insulin. Small, free, effective.
4. Strength training twice weekly. More durable for insulin sensitivity than cardio. This is where most PCOS advice goes wrong — endless cardio with no resistance work.
5. Inositol-rich foods — citrus, buckwheat, beans, cantaloupe. Inositol is involved in insulin signalling, and the PCOS research behind it is genuine — but honestly: those trials use 2–4 g a day of myo-inositol supplement, far more than food provides. We include these foods because they are useful foods, not because the plate reproduces the trial dose. If you want to try the supplement itself, that is a conversation for your gynaecologist — we do not sell or prescribe it.
6. Sleep seven hours with a fixed wake time. Sleep loss worsens insulin resistance within days.
7. Anti-inflammatory eating — more vegetables, omega-3 sources, fewer refined and ultra-processed foods.
8. Vitamin D. Commonly deficient in Indian women and associated with worse insulin resistance. Through sunlight and food first; testing where a gap is suspected.
9. Address stress deliberately. Cortisol feeds the same pathway as insulin. Our anxiety and stress work is part of this plan.
10. Do not crash diet. Severe restriction raises cortisol and usually ends in regain, which worsens insulin resistance over time.
How our PCOS and PCOD natural treatment in Jaipur works
Clinical nutrition — the primary intervention. Low glycaemic, Indian, built around what your household cooks, including vegetarian and Jain requirements.
Naturopathy — diet therapy, gut support, hydrotherapy.
Ayurvedic principles — constitution, digestive capacity, meal timing, seasonal eating. No herbal medicines.
Yoga therapy — sequences for PCOS and pelvic circulation, modified for your weight and fitness level.
Breathwork and meditation — targeting the cortisol that raises androgens.
Sleep correction — early, because insulin sensitivity depends on it.
Weight work where relevant — and only where relevant.
Counselling where it is needed in its own right. PCOS affects appearance, fertility and identity, and the distress that comes with it is real rather than cosmetic.

PCOS and PCOD natural treatment in Jaipur — your questions answered
Where can I get PCOS treatment in Jaipur without hormonal tablets?
Here, if what you want is work on the cause rather than a prescription. PCOS treatment in Jaipur at our centre means reducing insulin resistance through food, movement, sleep and stress — which is what drives the cycles, the weight and the skin. We give no tablets and no hormones. If you need medication, your gynaecologist prescribes it and we work alongside it, never instead of it.
Can PCOS be cured naturally?
No — PCOS is managed rather than cured. But it responds to lifestyle change more than almost any other hormonal condition, because insulin resistance sits underneath it and insulin resistance is highly responsive to food, muscle, sleep and stress. Many women achieve regular cycles and substantially reduced symptoms.
Is PCOD the same as PCOS?
They are not two different diseases, and PCOS was not a "renaming" of PCOD. PCOS is the correct medical term for the syndrome — irregular ovulation, raised androgens, ovarian appearance. PCOD is informal Indian usage, often applied to any cysts seen on a scan. Cysts alone do not equal PCOS, and that distinction matters for what you actually need.
How can I get my periods regular naturally?
By reducing the insulin load that is driving your androgens: lower glycaemic meals, protein at each meal, a walk after eating, strength training twice weekly, seven hours of sleep, and genuine stress reduction. Expect two to three months, because that is how long a hormonal cycle takes to re-regulate.
Will I be able to have children with PCOS?
Many women with PCOS conceive, including without fertility treatment. PCOS affects ovulation frequency rather than removing fertility. We work on restoring ovulation — but we will not guarantee a pregnancy, and if you have been trying for over a year you should see a gynaecologist or fertility specialist alongside this work.
Why do I have facial hair, and will it go away?
Raised free testosterone acting on hair follicles. Reducing androgens slows and reduces new growth but does not remove hair that has already changed — follicles that have been affected stay affected. Expect six to twelve months for visible change in new growth, and consider cosmetic treatment separately for existing hair. Anyone promising faster is not being honest.
I am slim and have PCOS. Does this still apply?
Yes. Lean PCOS is well recognised — insulin resistance can exist at a normal weight. The nutrition and strength work applies fully; the weight-loss component does not. You will not be told to lose weight you do not have.
What diet is best for PCOD?
Low glycaemic load, built around Indian food. Protein at every meal, fibre before carbohydrate, controlled portions, and inositol-rich foods. Not keto, not crash dieting — severe restriction raises cortisol and usually ends in regain, which makes insulin resistance worse.
Should I stop my hormonal tablets or metformin?
Never on our advice. Those are your gynaecologist's decisions. We work on the insulin resistance underneath, which is what the tablets do not address. The two work alongside each other.
Why do I have dark patches on my neck?
Acanthosis nigricans — a visible marker of insulin resistance. It is actually useful information, because it confirms where the work needs to go. It often lightens as insulin sensitivity improves, though it can take a long time and may not clear completely.
Can PCOS cause weight gain, or does weight cause PCOS?
Both directions operate. High insulin promotes abdominal fat storage, and abdominal fat worsens insulin resistance. That is why it feels like a trap — and why entering at the insulin end rather than purely the calorie end works better.
Does PCOS lead to diabetes?
It raises the risk, which is exactly why the insulin work matters now rather than later. You are not only managing symptoms — you are changing a long-term trajectory.
Is a female practitioner available for PCOS consultation?
Yes, available for online consultation and also a qualified psychologist. Tell us your preference when you book.
What is the cost of PCOS and PCOD natural treatment in Jaipur at your centre?
₹500 registration, then ₹1,000 deposit in person or ₹500 online for the first consultation. Sessions after that are typically around ₹2,000 each. All non-refundable, and nothing further to buy.
Do you sell inositol or PCOS supplements?
No. We sell nothing. Inositol comes through food in our plans, and if supplementation is genuinely appropriate for you, that is a conversation for your doctor.
Do you consult online for PCOS and PCOD natural treatment in Jaipur?
Yes. This condition works well online — it is largely reports, nutrition and lifestyle. Many women prefer online for a first consultation about this.
My daughter is 17 and has been diagnosed. Should she come?
Yes, and early intervention helps considerably. For under 18s parental consent is required and you will be involved throughout. Early PCOS management meaningfully changes the long-term picture.
